Make an Insurance Claim

If you would like to make a claim against the body corporate insurance, please complete the form below and provide any supporting documentation (including photos of any damage). Our team will compile the information received for all affected lots within your scheme and lodge a claim on the body corporate’s behalf with your broker or insurer.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN MY CLAIM?

Generally the insurer will require documents to support the event you are wishing to claim for. Examples of these documents are:

• An invoice to show the cause of the event has been fixed (if applicable)
• Reports and or photos of the event and damage (these are helpful to expedite the claim)
• Quotes (preferably 2) for repair of the resultant damage or;
• Any invoices for repairs of the resultant damage.
