Online certificate orders will be unavailable from 5:00pm 18th December 2025 while our office is closed over the Christmas & New Year break. Ordering will be available again on 5th January 2025.

Purchase Body Corporate Certificates (Form 33 & 34) using the links below. You will be directed to pay via Square Payment Systems.
Note Form 34 is used for Schemes under the Specified Two Lot Scheme Module.

Your certificate will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout.

Preparing certificates involves detailed checks and the collation of accurate information. As such, our team requires adequate time to complete this process. Body Corporate Certificates will be issued within 5 business days.

Please Note: We request the Certificate of Currency from the insurer at the time of your request. While we endeavour to provide your Certificate of Currency as soon as possible, any delays in receiving the certificate from the insurer may result in your Certificate of Currency being delayed.
